    1. Services

    Window Pro Clean provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to window cleaning, gutter cleaning, conservatory cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, fascia cleaning, solar panel cleaning and render cleaning. All services are provided to residential and commercial properties across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

    2. Quotations and Pricing

    All quotes provided are fixed-price and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices include all labour, equipment and materials unless otherwise stated. If the scope of work changes after a quote has been provided, we will discuss the revised price with you before proceeding.

    3. Booking and Scheduling

    Appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed dates and times. We will notify you in advance of your appointment and contact you if any changes are necessary due to weather or other factors. Regular cleaning schedules operate on agreed intervals and can be paused or cancelled at any time with no penalties.

    4. Access

    You are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstructions, and securing pets. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time and no prior notice was given, a re-attendance charge may apply.

    5. Weather

    Most services can be carried out in light rain. However, certain services may need to be rescheduled in severe weather conditions for safety reasons. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no extra charge.

    6. Payment

    Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments.

    7. Satisfaction Guarantee

    We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

    8. Liability and Insurance

    Window Pro Clean carries comprehensive public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property as a result of our work, we will assess and rectify the issue promptly. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service being completed.

    9. New Customer Offer — 2026

    For new customers who sign up to a regular window cleaning schedule during 2026, the following promotional offer applies:

    • Every 4 weeks schedule: 2 free window cleaning visits every year
    • Every 8 weeks schedule: 1 free window cleaning visit every year

    Terms:

    • Available to new customers only (customers who have not previously booked a regular schedule with Window Pro Clean).
    • Sign-up must take place during the 2026 calendar year (1 January – 31 December 2026) to qualify.
    • Once signed up, the free visits apply every year for as long as the regular schedule remains active.
    • Free visits apply to the same property and the same regular window cleaning service as the agreed schedule.
    • Free visits are spread across each year at intervals agreed with you.
    • To receive each free visit, the regular schedule must remain active up to that visit. If the schedule is cancelled before a free visit is due, that free visit is forfeited.
    • Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer.
    • Non-transferable to another customer or property and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
    • Window Pro Clean reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Customers already signed up retain their agreed annual free visits for as long as their schedule remains active.

    11. Health and Safety

    We operate in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Our team is trained in safe working practices, including working at height, handling cleaning chemicals, and operating pressure washing equipment.

    12. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
